  • Cash on Delivery Orders: For orders paid by cash on delivery, we do not provide refunds. Instead, we offer store credits equivalent to the amount paid, which can be used for future purchases.
  • Other Payment Methods: For orders paid by other methods, if your return is approved, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. If you do not receive the refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank or credit card company as there may be additional processing time before the refund is officially posted.
