At That Corner Store, every product is made or curated with care — many are handcrafted, made in small batches, or sourced from independent artisans. As such, we request a little extra time to prepare your order before dispatch. We strive to ensure timely, safe, and transparent delivery to your doorstep, no matter where in the world you are.

 

 

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing Time: 5–7 business days
  • Most of our products are handmade or sourced from artisan clusters and may take a few days to be quality-checked, packed, and ready to ship.
  • Made-to-Order/High-Demand Items:
  • Some products may require additional processing time. Any delays will be communicated via email.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

 

2. Shipping Time (Post-Dispatch)

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Bangalore, India, using trusted international and domestic courier partners.

3. Shipping Partners

We use globally trusted logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you safely, including:

  • FedEx
  • Blue Dart
  • ARAMEX
  • UPS
  • India Post (for select rural pin codes)

All shipments are trackable, and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

 

 

4. Shipping Charges

At That Corner Store, we try to keep shipping costs as fair and transparent as possible — and wherever we can, we offer free shipping on select products and destinations.

Domestic Shipping (India):

  • Some products qualify for free shipping, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
  • For other items, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and delivery pin code.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping (USA, UK, Europe, and more):

  • We offer free international shipping on select products and orders — this will be specified on the product page or promotional offer.
  • For other products or regions, shipping charges will be calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address and cart value.
  • We always aim to use the most cost-effective and reliable shipping option without compromising on delivery standards.

You will be able to review all applicable shipping costs before making a payment.

 

 

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International customers may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and/or import taxes upon delivery — depending on the laws of the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.
  • Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned or destroyed. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

We are happy to provide assistance or documentation needed for smooth clearance, but we do not influence customs or duty assessments.

6. Delays & Delivery Issues

While we aim for timely delivery, shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • High seasonal demand
  • Weather disruptions or natural disasters
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Courier service interruptions

We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues as best we can.

 

 

7. Address Accuracy & Non-Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate at checkout.

We are not liable for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Non-delivery due to recipient unavailability
  • Shipments returned to us due to failed delivery attempts

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges will apply.

 

 

8. Packaging & Sustainability

We take special care in secure and minimal packaging to protect fragile items and reduce waste. Wherever possible, we use eco-conscious materials that are biodegradable or recyclable.

 

 

9. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and courier link to track the progress of your shipment.

10. International Delivery Restrictions

While we ship globally, some locations may be restricted due to geopolitical, logistical, or courier limitations. If we are unable to ship to your location after order placement, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
