As such, we request a little extra time to prepare your order before dispatch. We strive to ensure timely, safe, and transparent delivery to your doorstep, no matter where in the world you are.
1. Order Processing Time

Most of our products are handmade or sourced from artisan clusters and may take a few days to be quality-checked, packed, and ready to ship.

Some products may require additional processing time. Any delays will be communicated via email.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Shipping Time (Post-Dispatch)
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Bangalore, India, using trusted international and domestic courier partners.

Domestic Shipping (India):

For other items, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and delivery pin code.

International Shipping (USA, UK, Europe, and more):

For other products or regions, shipping charges will be calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address and cart value.

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International customers may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and/or import taxes upon delivery — depending on the laws of the destination country.

Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned or destroyed. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
