  • Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days, unless stated otherwise.

  • Shipping timelines vary by destination and are estimated as:

    • India: 4–6 business days

    • International: 7–10 business days after dispatch

  • We use reputed shipping providers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, Blue Dart, and Aramex.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or courier disruptions.

5. Customs Duties & Taxes

  • International customers may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their local authorities.

  • These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

  • Refusal to pay customs charges may result in package return or abandonment. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

6. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to conditions.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval.

  • Shipping and customs charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is borne by the customer.

Certain items may be non-returnable (e.g., curated gift boxes, customized or final sale items).
